Let your mind wander
In the following audio sessions I guide you on a journey. We start with some deep breathing and relaxation to help us reach a quiet place in our minds. We then set off on our adventure. While listening to my voice, your imagination is free to create your own experience. During the Running Journey there is a musical interlude for you to continue on your own for five minutes.
These journeys in your mind are great ways to relax before sleeping. They can also be used to calm yourself down or to rest and replenish energy whenever you need to take a break from a stressful environment.
